Guide Nice & the french riviera BnB / Guesthouse Gay
Nice is not a classical gay destination in Europe and if you are looking for a gay place at every corner, this is not the right town for you. But more and more gays from all over the world pick Nice for the variety of the city and surroundings. Nice is now the second most visited city for gays, after Paris of course and with more than 35 gay-outlets there is surely a place for you.
The the town has also a lot to offer. Stunning buildings throughout the whole city and lots of museums with the 'Musée Matisse' as the most famous one. Shopping is also very pleasant. You will find everything from the big department store "Galeries Lafayette" to the cheap T-shirt shop, usual 'provence'shop or the sky-high class 'Yves Saint Laurent,Cartier,Louis Vuitton' and many, many others. The parks and gardens are also a must to see and what about the 'Russian Church'. The biggest one outside Russia. For a moment you would deliberate you're on the red square in Moscow.
The elderly part of the town is very typical and looks like an Italian village. In the mornings it's very lively with the famous flower market which is very colourful. And

L’Art Boutique Hotel Windsor Nice France gay-friendly – During our Gay Couple City Weekend Nice in December, we stayed at the Art & Spa Windsor Hotel in the city center of the French pearl at the Côte d’Azur. Already when entering the beautiful vintage building at Rue Dalpozzo the huge green garden peeks over the lane wall. The lobby has an artsy vibe which you have to be grateful with a feel for the time period it was built in. During a short check-in introduction of the hotel facilities by the very warm staff, we enjoyed a fruity welcome drink. If you are planning to join the OVNI festival in Nice, the Windsor Hotel is the place to stay. In 2015, the owner of the Hotel decided to initiate this special art festival. Therefore, the majority of the hotel rooms of Windsor change into petty, unique video art installations. The second edition in 2016, where we could attend, had even more locations all over the city participating in the festival. Again, it was a great success. But now experience book your gay-friendly stay in Friendly, France with Couple of Men.

Nice is the French Riviera at its finest. This quintessentially French coastal town, with just a hint of Italian influence, boasts azure waters, a gorgeous promenade lined with pebblestone beaches, and charming cobblestone streets lined with quaint French-style cafés. Restaurant-filled squares and bustling markets carry the scents of lavender, fresh bread, and olives—all the surpass for sipping wine and indulging in your lovey-dovey French getaway fantasies.
But beyond its beauty, Nice also has substance! The metropolis has a wealth of museums and galleries celebrating a wide range of artists, from Vivian Maier to Picasso, a lot of whom have called Nice home at some point in their lives. It also features a castle, iconic churches, approachable and cultured people, and an active LGBTQ+ collective that welcomes all visitors as if they were locals themselves.
They don’t introverted away from a superb party either, with a thriving gay nightlife scene (especially in the summer) and a multitude of annual LGBTQ+ festivals.
