Join us for Greater Palm Springs Pride This year&#x;s celebration will be under the empowering theme Be Heard. Our annual pride is a vibrant celebration of love, self-expression, and inclusion, bringing together diverse LGBTQ+ communities in a festive atmosphere. From lively parades to colorful street fairs, Greater Palm Springs Pride offers a variety of activities and events that honor distinctiveness and unity. Come and experience the joy and pride that make this celebration truly special!

Pride Procession Details and Parking

Join Greater Palm Springs on Sunday, November 9th at AM for the biggest event of all, the Homosexual Pride Parade! Expect vibrant themed floats, representations of LGBTQ heroes, and an abundance of fabulousness. The parade starts at the Uptown Design District and makes its way to the pride festival at Amado.

There is plenty of parking in the downtown area, but plan extra time as regular spots become scarce during the parade. Consider parking away from Palm Canyon Dr. at locations like the new Downtown Parking Garage, E Amado Rd., E Andreas Rd., Tamarisk to Ruth Hardy Park, and Tachevah to Katherine Fi

As parade floats make their way down Palm Canyon Drive and music fills the streets of downtown Palm Springs during Celebration, attendees will have everything from a wellness pavilion to an Interfaith Shabbat Service to connect them.

Hate Crime Vigil 

When: p.m.

Where: Hotel Zoso,  S. Indian Canyon Drive, Palm Springs

Cost: Free

What to expect: Head to downtown Palm Springs to demonstrate, remember, and stand up against hate and abuse around the world. Honor the memory of all victims of hate crimes and remember George Zander on the anniversary of the day he and Chris Zander were attacked in downtown Palm Springs. The event will complete with a march through downtown.

Get Ready for Greater Palm Springs Pride

The annual Greater Palm Springs Lgbtq+ fest celebration is right around the corner and it will feature a roomy variety of ways to celebrate LGBTQ+ pride. With a theme of “Say Gay,” it will grab place the week of November 1st through 6th. With events happening all week, the six days of festivities will culminate with the City of Palm Springs’ biggest event, a grand parade, on Sunday, November 6th.

Palm Springs comes alive during its annual Pride parade as spectators gather along downtown’s palm tree-lined North Palm Canyon Drive to cheer and support local organizations, activists, and a view a variety of Pride-themed floats. The two-hour event will step off in the Uptown Design District at Tachevah Drive and North Palm Canyon Travel at 10 a.m. and travel south through downtown.

One national organization and four individuals will serve as the Grand Marshals for the Pride parade. Noticing its achievements and people service, PFLAG is the National Grand Marshal, Reverend Benita Ramsey is the Grand Marshal, Willie Rhine is the Community Grand Marshal, and Chef Andre Carthen is the Star Grand Marshal.
