The Merry Gentlemen is already looking like a Christmas classic
Recently, fans were treated to a whole fresh cast of British bakers showing up to the tent for season 15. And one of those bakers was already serving snacc well before the first challenge. His mention is Dylan Bachelet, and he’s a 20 year old retail assistant from Buckinghamshire.

And after announcing his “British Bake-Off” appearance on Instagram a limited weeks ago, he’s managed to get the gays supremely hot and bothered.
“Dylan, one chance is ALL I’m asking for,” one commenter wrote under the photo. They are surely not alone in this sentiment. Inspired by his Indian, Japanese, and Belgian
The Great British Bake Off series 15 final will air on Channel 4 at 8pm Tuesday, 26 November, with three bakers left standing from the original 12 who entered the tent.
Christiaan, Dylan, and Georgie have all impressed the judges with their baking skills over the course of the series, so it's going to be another nail-biting finale.
It's been a chaotic series of the Channel 4 baking competition with host Alison Hammond falling backwards of a work bench, co-presenter Noel Fielding smashing a contestant's bowl of caramel during a technical challenge and one episode in which two contestants collapsed in the tent. Not to mention a flurry of cheeky innuendos from Hammond.
But after Patisserie Week one last baker was sent home by judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith as only three contestants can depart through to the concluding to win the much-desired crystal cake stand.

‘Great British Baking Show’ Luminary Dylan Bachelet Opens Up About Sex Symbol Status & American Fans
Dylan Bachelet might not have won the 15th season of The Great British Baking Show, but he did win over viewers on both sides of the Atlantic as the transparent fan favorite of the season.
The 20-year-old former retail assistant from Buckinghamshire, who finished as a runner-up on last week’s Baking Show finale, has been opening up about his experience on the production, his new status as a sex symbol, and what the future holds for his baking career.
Speaking to The Guardian, Bachelet touched on the New York Times recently characterizing him as “the Captain Jack Sparrow of baking,” which he said was totally unexpected.
“The weirdest part was that it wasn’t in the food section, it was in the fashion pages. A lot of coverage has been about my appearance, but people seem to enjoy it, so that’s all good,” he said before adding, “It would be a pretty sick life… on a boat with a bunch of your mates, just sailing around. If I could be the actual Jack Sparrow of baking, that would be wicked.”

In Deadpool & Wolverine, someone brings up the subject of The Great British Baking Show, and Deadpool says, “That show stood between me and suicide for 15 years!” I don’t disseminate that attitude — approach to think of it, how would Deadpool go about killing himself? — but I don’t think it’s a coincidence that I started watching the demonstrate on Netflix during the pandemic. I detest comfort television, and yet the program is comfort TV at its best: informative and local in mostly good ways, with a regular dose of suspense built into each episode. The season finale comes out on Friday, and if you’ve missed it so far, here’s where things stand.
Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith remain on hand to judge the contestants’ bakes, though Alison Hammond has replaced Matt Lucas as co-host. (You can see Lucas currently in Gladiator II.) That last is a welcome development, though it’s past time for remaining co-host Noel Fielding to relocate on. He twice refers to the technical oppose as a “mystery shrouded in gingham.”
