Fabio gay
Having been around for over 2 decades, Fabio has acquired legendary status for good reason. Starting his career as a Plunder Radio dj in the mid 80’s his way evolved with the various musical genres Dub, Infrequent Groove, Hip Hop, Disco to early House, Jungle and Drum and Bass. It’s a credit to him that after all these years he remains at the top of his game.
HOW IT ALL BEGAN
It all started by accident, a local business man by the name of Mendoza arrange up a pirate radio station in South London. Through Fabio’s good partner DJ Colin Dale, a well known Techno DJ, he accidentaly landed a spot on the station when Colin Dale moved to Kiss fm when it was first fix up as a Plunder Station. The show soon became a success and he was offered a day time slot on Phase 1. This is where he first met Grooverider, who was also on Phase 1 at that time.
ACID HOUSE
Once again fate plays a part, when station owner Mendoza needed Dj’s to play at an after hours Acid House party he called on two of his Dj’s from the station ‘ Fabio and Grooverider ‘. Fabio remembers a quiet summer night in June 1988 he and Grooverider had been waiting for hours for this crowd to arrive

Abstract
Gay-sounding men are often perceived as not suitable for direction roles. However, this bias may depend on the type of role they apply for since queer men are seen as a better fit for stereotypically feminine than masculine roles. Hence, gay-sounding men may have an edge when applying for feminine leadership roles. In a pilot study, we identified Italian male speakers who were perceived as either gay- or straight-sounding by British listeners. In the main study, we tested the perception and career advancement to more senior roles of candidates who already held managerial positions. Facebook for many is appreciate drinking a glass of water, you can even say something stupid and a moment later it has already slipped away, ready to like on the next post.
